Sheila oversees all development strategies and fundraising teams who work to secure philanthropic support for University of Iowa Health Care enterprise, Intercollegiate Athletics, six academic colleges, five health science colleges, and all arts and non-collegiate programs at the University of Iowa. Raising funds for the University of Iowa since 1999, Sheila has served in several positions: most recently as vice president for health sciences development and previously, as chief fundraiser for UI Stead Family Children’s Hospital. She received a bachelor's degree from the UI Henry B. Tippie College of Business and, as a student, was a founding member of UI Dance Marathon.
