As an Operations Executive with over 30 years in senior operations leadership roles in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, arlow’s functional responsibilities have included all aspects of Manufacturing, Quality, Research & Development, Supply Chain, Engineering, Maintenance, Finance, Human Resources, EH&S, Information Systems, Operational Excellence, and Contract Manufacturing.

His years of operational experience encompass leading regulated organizations from raw material and finishing manufacturing arena, to the design/construction of major production facilities in domestic/international assignments. His assignments also required leading efforts to introduce lean manufacturing and six sigma concepts in the operations to lower cost and reduce capital expenditures.

Marlow have held positions of increasing responsibilities with Abbott Laboratories, Avella Special Pharmacy and Thermo Fisher. As a Specialist with Delaware Manufacturing

Extension Partnership (DEMEP) focused on Supply Chain and I4.0 Automation/Robotics. Currently, he holds the position of Managing Direct for University of Iowa Pharmaceuticals.

He holds an undergraduate degree in Engineering Science from Dartmouth College and MS degree in Civil Engineering from Georgia Tech. He is a registered PE in IL and NJ.
