About Aaron: Aaron's interest in innovation is deeply tied to what first drew him to medicine: the transformative power of technology. Early on, he was captivated by interventional radiology—particularly in the body and neuro spaces—for its inherently innovative nature. It’s a field defined by progress, where novel devices are constantly being developed, tested, and refined to solve complex problems in minimally invasive ways.

His interest in innovation extends well beyond procedural advances. A personal experience with a family member—where he believes earlier intervention through better triage could have changed the outcome—sparked a lasting curiosity about how artificial intelligence can close critical gaps in care. During clinical training, he’s seen firsthand how AI tools can enhance imaging, improve patient education, and support more informed decision-making. Aaron believes these technologies have the potential to empower, not replace, both patients and physicians—provided clinicians remain actively engaged in their development and application.

At the core of Aaron’s work is a steadfast commitment to patient care, but he’s equally driven by the pursuit of tools that allow clinicians to do more, do better, and reach further. For him, innovation isn’t an add-on—it’s essential to shaping the future of medicine and meeting the needs he encounters every day in practice.

Outside of medicine, he enjoys hiking Colorado’s 14ers with his wife, lifting weights, and classic, nostalgic video games.
